Delivery charges for our online shop fall into two categories. If we sell the product in store the shipping is included. If the item is printed or made to order then there is a flat rate fee of £3.50 charged towards shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the UK at this time. However, this may change in time. If you live outside of the UK and have your heart set on a product please contact us and we will try our best to help.

Refunds/Exchanges (non Print to order products)

If you are not happy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged then please get in touch with us and we will be in touch about a refund or a replacement.

All items must be returned to us and the buy pays postage. Please send your item back Tracked so we are able to ensure it does not get lost in the post. Items that are not sent tracked will not be refundable if they do indeed go missing in the postal system.

Refunds/Exchanges must be requested within 28 days of original purchase
